US Monthly Subscription Plan & International Monthly Subscription Plan
Terms & Conditions (Terms) for our US Monthly Subscription Plan &
International Monthly Subscription Plan (Subscription Plans). These
Terms are between you and IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE and govern your and our
respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the agreement
between you and IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE relating to Subscription Plans. Please
note that your use of the immusistadvance.com website is also governed
by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other
applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the
immusistadvance.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are
incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Subscription
Plans, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements
on behalf of yourself, all members of your household, and others who use
Subscription Plans under your name. Please read these Terms carefully.
Subscription Plans Benefits
IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE reserves the right to change the Subscription Plans,
including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine
discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes,
including for existing Subscription Plans, will apply to future orders.
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time
(for example, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges).
Eligible Purchases
Subscription Plans are available to customers shipping to addresses in
the United States and International. Subscription Plans are void where
prohibited.
Subscription Plans benefits, discounts, and any special limited time
subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items
displaying the Subscription Plans offer message when you select your
Subscription Plan.
No returns or refunds. All sales are final and are subject to the
immusistadvance.com Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Subscription
Plans are void where prohibited.
Renewal, Payment, and Cancellation
We will automatically fulfill your Subscription Plans order according to
your chosen delivery schedule. Your subscription will continue, and your
payment method will be charged until you cancel the subscription.
The price for a Subscription Plans is stated on the applicable
Subscription Plans page. The total cost charged to your payment method
for each Subscription Plans order will be the cost of the item on the
day that order is processed (which is subject to change) the
Subscription Plans discount, plus any applicable sales tax, shipping
charges, and fees.
We may change the price for a Subscription Plans at any time for any
reason.
Your Subscription Plan order will be submitted for payment the same day
you originally signed up on and will be charged that day every month.
Example January 5th, you will be charged the 5th of every month.
If a subscription payment fails at the start of the billing cycle, we'll
try the payment again every 5 days for a maximum of two retries until
the next billing cycle.
If you need to modify an existing Subscription Plan quantity. The
subscription price will be based on the new quantity. Please make the
appropriate changes through your PayPal account.
If you need to change the payment method for automatic payment on your
Subscription Plan, please make the appropriate changes through your
PayPal account.
If you need to temporarily pause your Subscription Plan, please make the
appropriate changes through your PayPal account, or call 1-888-702-3315
or email ordering@immusistadvance.com.
If you want to cancel your Subscription Plan, please make the
appropriate changes through your PayPal account, or call 1-888-702-3315
or email.
Other Limitations
Your participation in Subscription Plans is personal to you, and you may
not transfer, assign, or resell your subscription or any of the benefits
to any third party without our authorization.
We reserve the right to not ship you a subscription shipment for one or
more subscription periods. We won't charge you for any skipped
shipments.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your Subscription Plan at our discretion without
notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription price but
prior to our shipment of the subscription shipment for that subscription
period, your subscription will be canceled, and we will give you a
refund of the applicable subscription price for that subscription
period. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to
conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or
any applicable law, or involves fraud or misuse of any Subscription
Plans. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with
these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Returns and Refunds
No returns or refunds. All sales are final and are subject to the
immusistadvance.com Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all
applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the
immusistadvance.com website), without notice to you. If any change to
these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
that change is severable and does not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED
PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF
THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS.
