How do I place an order?

How can I pay for an order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, and Money Orders in U.S. dollars.

Can I purchase IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE and have it delivered to a third party?
Orders can be mailed to third parties within the U.S. When placing your order in the section asking where you would like your order mailed to, fill in the third parties name and address you would like your order to be mailed to in the U.S. U.S. customers that would like to place an order and have it shipped Internationally please call Toll Free 1-888-702-3315. International customers placing orders online can only be mailed to the customer that is placing the order. International customers that would like to place an order and have it mailed to a third party please call Toll Free 011-1-888-702-3315 to place your order. How do I know if you received my order?
If you submitted an email address, you will be sent an email from service@paypal.com with the subject heading: “Your payment to IMMUSIST ADVANCE” notifying you with information about your order.

How do I change or cancel an order?
We cannot change or cancel an order that has already been processed.

International Customs, Duties, Taxes, Fees Levied and Clearances?
International Customers are responsible for any Customs, Duties, Taxes, Fees Levied and Clearances on any transactions that are purchased and require shipment outside the United States. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such customs duties, import taxes and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are the purchaser’s sole responsibility. Orders are mailed out by United States Postal Service (USPS.com) First Class International mail and will arrive between 10 to 30 days.

No, it can be taken with or without food.

How long will a 1 oz. bottle of IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE last?
Suggested Use: Mix ten (10) drops (0.5 mL) in 8 fl. oz.’s of water or juice up to twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider. There are (60) sixty servings in a 1 oz. bottle, (10) ten drops per day will make it a (60) sixty-day supply, (10) ten drops twice a day will make it (30) thirty-day supply.

What are Surfactants?
The human body contains surfactants. At about six months into gestation and throughout one's life, the body produces surfactants. Immune System health can affect this complex process. Surfactants have an excellent health profile. Many surfactants are either naturally occurring or made by simple modifications of natural compounds. Surfactants, also called surface active agents, when added to a liquid, reduces the surface tension, by penetrating the water molecules and thus reducing the cohesion between them. Cohesion and adhesion are two important water properties that describe how water molecules interact with each other and how water interacts with everything from plant leaves to your own body. Cohesion means that water likes to stick to itself, and adhesion means that water likes to stick to other things, so by reducing the cohesion it makes the molecules slipperier, thereby increasing its spreading and wetting properties. Orders received are normally mailed within 24 hours of receipt.

What is the delivery time for First Class Mail?
US - First Class Mail 2-5 days.  International - First Class International Mail 10 to 30 days.

How do I know that my order has been mailed?
When you place an order, you receive an email from service@paypal.com with the subject heading "Details on your IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE order" notifying you that your order has been mailed together with a tracking number. If you have questions call Toll Free 1-888-702-3315.

How can I track my order that's been mailed?
If you submitted an email address, you will be sent an email from service@paypal.com with the subject heading: “Details on your IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE order” notifying you that your order has been mailed together with a tracking number. To track your package, go to United States Postal Service USPS.com and in the Track & Confirm box type your tracking number. If you need the tracking number on your order, please Email our Ordering Desk and we will send you the tracking information or call Toll Free 1-888-702-3315 to receive your tracking number.

When I tracked my package there is missing information?
Sometimes up to date tracking information scans are not available. This may be due to the timing of the tracking scan database updates by the carrier. If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually, packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date. If you have questions, please call Toll Free 1-888-702-3315 or Email our Ordering Desk.

How do I find a missing package that shows as Delivered?
Tracking information will sometimes show that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t yet received it.
1. See if someone else accepted delivery
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Contact United States Postal Service in your area and have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number available.

What do I do if there is a mailing error in my order?

Reasons for undeliverable packages?
There are many reasons that a package may be returned to us as undeliverable.
1. Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the United States Postal Service or the unintended recipient.
2. USPS Does Not Deliver to the Address you provided: United States Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you have a PO Box address, it’s best to use that address for your IMMUSIST™ ADVANCE orders.
3. Failed Delivery Attempts: United States Postal Service makes up to three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
4. Damaged During Transit: If a package is damaged on its way to you, the United States Postal Service may return it to us without attempting delivery.
5. Refused by Recipient: If the recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error.
 

What is your return policy?
No returns or refunds – all sales are final. We will not accept or process for refund any packages marked "Return to Sender."
